"La Classe" has big names among its clients, such as the Ritz and the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris, the Méridien, the Fairmont, and the SBM establishments in Monaco.

 

La Classe also provides training to companies, particularly through the Monaco Economic Board, to prepare the international missions of delegations in Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa.

 

The Classe also developed "welcome and hospitality" content and was responsible for training most of the reception teams, hostesses and stewards, including management, during the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

 

We offer tailor-made training in small groups, in French or in English, from one to seven hours, the duration being adaptable to needs.
